Pre-Sale Orders
Orders placed before October 24, 2026 are pre-sale orders. Pre-sale units begin shipping October 24, 2026. We'll notify you by email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

Trade Partners — Local Delivery & Installation
Trade partners in Miami, New York City, Queens and Brooklyn receive free local delivery and installation. Our team will coordinate a delivery window directly with you after your order is placed.

Retail (B2C) Customers
All consumer orders ship via UPS standard shipping, with rates calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. If any item in your order is on pre-sale, the full order will ship once all items are available, unless you request split shipping.

Policy Review
This shipping policy is subject to renewal on December 31, 2026.
