These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase made from Flux Miami Wellness LLC, doing business as Solgrade Commercial ("Solgrade," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Legal Notice, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Eligibility — You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to purchase from this site.

Order Acceptance & Pricing — All orders are subject to acceptance by Solgrade. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders placed during pre-sale, at our discretion — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable sales tax, which is the customer's responsibility where required by law.

Payment — We accept payment methods as presented at checkout. For pre-sale orders, payment is charged at the time of order unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Trade Accounts — Trade pricing, free local delivery, and free installation are available only to approved trade partners who have completed Solgrade's trade application process. Solgrade reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke trade account status at its sole discretion.

Product Use & Customer Responsibility — You are responsible for verifying that your electrical installation meets the stated requirements before use and for following the manual's safety instructions.

Website Use — No scraping, republishing content, interfering with site security, or reverse-engineering.

Intellectual Property — All site content, including the Solgrade™ name and logo, belongs to Flux Miami Wellness LLC or its licensors.

Limitation of Liability — Limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price; no liability for consequential or business-interruption damages.

Governing Law — State of Florida.

Changes to These Terms — We may update these Terms; the version in effect at time of order governs.

Severability & Entire Agreement — Standard closing language tying this to the other three policies.
